Boyko T. Formation of Theoretical, Normative and Technical Principles of Production Quality Level Assessment

The problems of quantitative assessment of production quality aimed at objective practical comparing the uniform products of different manufacturers are under consideration in the proposed thesis. Recommendations for the unambiguous understanding and treating of a terminology apparatus in the area of quality assessment have been worked out. The work highlights that the result comparison is possible only under the condition of following the requirements for the provision of the coherence and accuracy at gaining a quantitative quality mark. The main quality characteristics of qualimetric assessment are defined. The concept of determining the values of the weight coefficients on the basis of considering a specific component of the result evaluation accuracy that reflects both the inhomogeneity of the researched object and the instability of its indices. The modeling of experimental detecting the qualitative properties of the researched object whose results would assure a necessary level of consumer confidence has been performed. Both the state and promising development ways of qualimetry in a scientific technical sphere, a national system of technical regulation and finally in economical activity have been analyzed. Particularly the efficiency of new methods, for example, in the imitance research with the usage of the developed capacitance sensors has been proved. The ways of adapting a regulatory framework to the needs of qualimetric assessment as well as an algorithm of integrated formation of property indices and their weight coefficients are proposed
