Object of research: integration potential of process of the financial prognostication carried out on principles of consolidation of institutional units agrarian to the sector of economy. Aim of research: development of conceptual, methodological and organizationally-applied principles of forming of the system of financial prognostication in an agrarian sector in the context of development and distribution of her integration properties and institutional consolidation. Research methods: set-theoretic and logic programming, algebra logic, fuzzy sets descriptions, method of analysis of hierarchies, tree of aims, multidimensional analysis and classification, combined prognostication, probabilistic estimations, expert estimations, imitation design. The genesis of ideas and principles of planning as a conceptual foundation for the financial forecasting development were considered in the thesis. The author presents the conceptual coordination of functions of financial planning and financial forecasting. The idea of financial forecasting system forming in the context of experiences planned regulation of economic processes was offered. The methodological analyses of the financial forecasting functions are investigated. A research reveals the predicted background and agricultural sector risks in the context of the post-industrial economy global crisis and defines the multifactor financial risk, the peculiarities of investment projects in the agricultural sector. The specific methods of multifactor financial risk expert evaluation in the financial forecasting system are investigated. A mechanism of recognition and support forecasting particular financial risks in the agricultural sector are developed. Ways of institutional development of integrated forecasting system in the agricultural sector are offered. A novelty consists in the complex ground of conceptual, methodological, institutional and organizationally-applied bases of forming of the system of financial prognostication in an agrarian sector.
