Rublevska N. Hygienic aspects of aerogene influence of xenobiotics on form the health of childrens in the technogenic region

Object - aerogenic influence of xenobiotics on the health state of children. Purpose - to increase effectiveness of primary prevention measures of negative changes in the health state of children population on the basement of complex hygienic assessment of pollution agents' content in the air, their aerogenic load on the organism and health state of children. Methods - hygienic, sociological, immunological, hematological, functional, anthropometric, epidemiological, statistical, methods of mathematical modeling. Results - hygienic measures of decrease of prenosological changes risk, normative values of adaptative potential for preschool children were developed; сriteria scale for assessment of risk of adaptative resources' decrease of children which undergo aerogenic influence of xenobiotics was suggested; mathematical model "aerogenic intake of xenobiotics - adaptative resources of children" was also suggested. Novelty - for the first time laws of aerogenic influence of xenobiotics on the formation of prenosological changes of healthy children-inhabitants of industrial cities were investigated; methodical approaches to forecasting of children adaptative resources' changes. According to the results of work patent, methodical recommendations and informational letters were taken out and introduced into preventive and current sanitary supervision of sanitary-epidemiological stations and educational process of institutes of higher education.
