Belyaev S. Pregnancy and labor on a background of various variants of tobacco smoking of a married couple

Pregnancy and labor, perinatal outcomes at tobacco smoking in a megacity of Ukraine. Reduction of frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications at the women who are taking place under dangerous influence of tobacco by development of strategy of medical support of pregnancy on a background of smoking in family. Methods: clinical, laboratory, tool, biochemical, immunological, hormonal, morphological, statistical. Various models of nicotinic dependence in a married couple in conteptional and gestation periods were used that has allowed to leave on a genetic level of understanding of consequences of influence of a tobacco smoke. In experiment in vivo various models of tobacco smoking of a married couple are reproduced. It is shown, that various variants of tobacco smoking in family, even in case of the termination of smoking in the beginning of pregnancy or restriction by smoking only the husband, are negatively reflected on the period of gestation and perinatal development. The scientific concept of a negative role of, so-called, «the man's factor» in consequences of tobacco smoking is formulated. The algorithm of medical support of pregnant women, taking place under influence of a tobacco smoke is created and introduced into practice of medical establishments of Ukraine, that allows to reduce a level of complications of the period of gestation, labor and perinatal development.
