The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and methodological foundations of the conception of vectorial convergence in the financial provision of the innovative development of the Ukrainian economy and the mechanism for the transformation of the national innovation system within this conception; it forms the principles of interaction and consistency of the mechanisms for the financial provision of innovative development on the subjective and objective levels and on the basis of the territorial attributes; it develops a multilevel system of indicators for assessing the efficiency of financial innovations and hierarchical system of econometric models of the dependability of the effectiveness in the development of the national economy on the parameters of financial provision of innovations; it offers approaches to the assessment of the influence of regional disproportions on the ability of the bank financing of investments; on the basis of economic and mathematical modeling it evaluates the impact of the banking system's financial stability on the level of financing of the economy's innovative development; it substantiates the possibilities for the use of financial innovations for raising the efficiency of the financial market's functioning in the context of realization of the tasks of the financial provision of the national economy's innovative development; it extends the essence and interpretation of the categorical apparatus of the financial provision of innovations.
