Gurkovskyy V. Principles of state policy in the sphere of information society in Ukraine: theoreticaland practical aspects

An object are the public relations, connected with the government building the information society; purpose - the necessity of forming a system of knowledge concerning history and theory for the practical realization of the mechanisms of public administration of the developement of information society in Ukraine; methods - phenomenological, cybernetical, sinergetical approach, applied comparative system analysis, historical, hermenevtic approach, juridical-dogmatic approach; a novelty - a system analysis of Ukraine's transition to an information society with the active participation of the state, in terms of solving the problems of the mechanisms of state control, changes in scientific paradigms and their impact on the practice of social systems has been accomplished; results - the necessity of forming a system of knowledge in the science of public administration of the complex problems of building a new stage of information society under the idea for the provisional title cybernetic society (or kibersociety) has been grounded, industry is state administration.
