Essay

The research determined peculiarities of the cases of intoxication with psychoactive substances among the population of Crimea for 10 years (2000-2009). Great bulk of deaths due to alcohol poisoning, opioids and their combinations were a young working age, mostly male, often HIV-positive. In the study of hereditary predisposition revealed a tendency for more frequent occurrence (2,2 times) for combined alcohol intoxication in the presence of specific alleles in the gene of dophamine transporter. Definition of histological, histochemical, electron microscopic and morphometric characteristics of morphological changes of the brain, lungs, heart, adrenal glands on section and experimental material in terms of combined alcohol-opioid and isolated opioid poisoning. Grounded special nosological form of alcohol-narcotic poisoning, which plays a central role in the fatal cases - alcohol-narcotic syndrome of lung injury (ANSLI). During forensic-toxicological determination of morphine and morphine-ethanol combination in biological objects in different conditions of experimental animals slain by HPLC morphine in all groups of observations was determined.
