Protsenko O. Pathogenetic basis and consepthіon of treatment and prevention chronic dermatoses at HIV-positive patients

Object of research - HIV-associated dermatoses. Research objective - to improve dermatovenerological aid for HIV-associated dermatoses by optimizing preventive measures, differentiated approach to the designation in the integrated treatment of metabolic and detoxification of drugs, the methods of medical consultation at all levels and stages of treatment and prevention services. Methods: clinical, biochemical, bacterioscopic, bacteriological, immunological, sociological. It was determined correlation of clinical-immunological and biochemical features of infectional and non-infectional dermatoses, allowing to define a clinical stage of HIV/AIDS and degree of severity of diseases. Proposed treatment protocol, including the desintoxicathion and methabolic drugs in the combine therapy and provide the programmes of prevention of STD/HIV/AIDS and AIDS-associated dermatoses with using of different method of medical technical consulting. Proposed the complex measurements and the system of the education program of the different kinds of specialists for the struggle against HIV/AIDS. Results have been implemented in the practice of regional dermatovenerologic dispensaries of cities Donetsk, Odesa, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Kiev City Clinical Venereal Diseases Hospital, STI clinic, Mariupol, Donetsk region, in the educational process of the Department of Dermatovenereology Bukovyna State Medical University of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine.
