The dissertation is focused on the reconstruction of the process of forming structure of morality in socio-cultural space of Modernity. Essential differences of Modern morality and Pre-Modern forms of moral regulation are exposed. Criteria of differentiation of individual morality of perfection and social morality are defined within the framework of Modern morality. Public morality of the civil society is analyzed as a special form of social morality.
