Savyovskiy V. Methodological principles of the organization-technological designing the civil buildings reconstruction

Scientifically-applied problem of formating the methodical principles of the organization-technological designing the civil buildings reconstruction is considered. Such principles are considered to adopt the decisions on the basis of the evaluation of the technical state the existing constructions, the conditions of the work performance and also fulfilling the building works on the basis of analysis of the possible ways efficirncy of fulfilling the building works during reconstruction. Influence method of the technical state of building constructions was elaborated. Also method of quantitative evaluation on the efficiency of building works performance was developed. Methods of grounding of effective variants and ways of the constructions - assembling works performanc accounting the actual technical state of the building constructions and the conditions of reconstruction were elaborated. Optimization mathematical model of the discret structure of the construction-technologic solving the reconstruction of the civil buildings accounting the technical conditions requirements was carried out. The further development of defining methods of the dependence of the indexes of the reconstruction efficiency from the concrete organization-technological designing of the constructio - assembling production was obtained. Variant method of predicting the prime cost and workabicity of the civil buildings reconstruction on the basis of multifactor mathematical models was reccived. The method of branches and cutting off for defining the optimal construction-technological reconstruction solving was also oftained. Complex of the scientifically grounded measures of the systematic improvement of the organization-technologic and construction decisions which promote the efficiency of the civil buildings reconstruction were offered. The results of the work are widely implemented into practice.
