Drugak V. Economy of agricultural land tenure: the theory, methodology and practice

In dissertational work the basic theoretic-methodological bases of land economics in the conditions of new ground relations are defined. In particular, it is proved that it is necessary to understand a science as concept of land economics which studies laws of development and functioning of economic relations of ownership of land in the course of the organisation of use and protection of the earths, research of action of objective economic laws, conditions and factors which define efficiency, formation and effectiveness of the economic mechanism, forms and according to them of land tenure methods. Conceptual bases of ecologically directed ground policy in a paradigm of development of land economics in the conditions of new ground relations and the market environment in which basis set of formal and informal institutional factors. The objective-subject model of national system of land tenure is developed, criterions which signs is: landed property and land tenure; forms and methods of use of the earths and management of land tenure. Resulted logically semantic model of the adapted system of the ground device of Ukraine
