The dissertation is devoted to researching the influence of hypothyroidism on the state of hemodynamics, the activity of tissue oxygenation. Based on a comprehensive, integrated study of the functional state of the cardiovascular system and the microcirculation was shown that in hypothyroidism, regardless of its genesis in the early stages of the disease lead to abnormalities at the level of microcirculation, with decreased activity of tissue oxygenation, and regional and central hemodynamics, with the weakening systolic function of left and right ventricles, with subsequent deterioration of blood circulation in organs and tissues, which would enable effective diagnosis and treatment of detected violations. Determined that hypothyroidism provokes pathological changes of microhemocirculation (vessels in itself, into of vessels (rheological changes) and out of vessels), which does not depend on the genesis of hypothyroidism and atherosclerotic are not identical. On a large factual material proved that most patients, even when reaching euthyroidism remain abnormal hemodynamic in the first place - microcirculation and tissue oxygenation. The criteria of the defeat of the cardiovascular system in patients with hypothyroidism of different age, developed an algorithm for diagnosis of hypothyroid cardiomyopathy. It was shown that it occurs in the majority of patients with hypothyroidism (76% of them), including at least the duration of the disease, its hormonal compensation, and tends to progress with increasing age of patients, duration of disease and the deterioration of its compensation.
