Essay

In the dissertation for the first time a systemic constructive critical analysis of formation and development of methods of teaching chemistry in Ukraine in the XVIIIth - the beginning of the XXI centuries has been carried out. Also the stages and tendencies of this many-sided process have been defined. Ways of mastering by chemistry students the historical legacy of home methods of teaching chemistry have been elaborated and experimentally was proved the positive influence of this important factor on the quality of their professional and methodical competence in higher educational establishments.
