Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of socially-oriented enterprise management activity. The thesis work is devoted to theoretical, methodological and scientific fundamentals of socially-oriented management of organizations. On the basis of the concept of socially-oriented enterprises, which consolidates the generic principles and principles of social responsibility and sustainable development to enhance and extend current theoretical and methodological achievements in the social responsibility of enterprises. The understanding of the scientific appraisal of socially-oriented management philosophy, which allows thoroughly define the vision and credo of the company including the existing system of values. The educational component of the socially-oriented management through the usage of competential approach to development of management system of enterprises to identify critical set of management competencies which will assist with implementation of the principles of socially oriented management in business activities is researched in the dissertation. The methodological approach to the tools of evaluation of the socially-oriented management in ensuring increased business reputation ventures to predict the trends of socially-oriented management is proposed. The organizational and institutional determinants of the development of socially-oriented management, which helped to develop the structural composition of social institutions that affect the development of socially oriented management at the macro-, meso- and microeconomic levels.
