Bilobryvka R. Violation of sexual health and family functioning in affective disorders in men (medical and psychological aspects)

On the basis of systematic interdisciplinary approach to studying the causes and mechanisms of disorders of sexual health and family functioning in affective disorders in man, using methods of psychiatry, clinical psychology and sexology, examined 320 couples in which men diagnosed depressive mood disorder (230 couples) and neurotic depression (90 marriages). Reveals the conditions and mechanisms of disorders of sexual health and family functioning in depressive disorders of different case in men. Separated the different options and forms of sexual maladjustment spouses identified the causes and mechanisms of their development and communication with the register, the course and manifestations of depressive disorders in men. Identified and differentiated manifestations and mechanisms of different options disorder in a family where people suffering from affective disorder. The role of biological, psychological, social and psychosocial factors in the genesis of sexual health and dysfunctional family formation in men with depressive disorders different registers is determined. The four-factors sexual health conception was developed in the thesis; based on research a new system of psychotherapy correction of various options disorder in families with depressive disorders in men of different registers was developed.
