Yavors'ka O. Contract obligations directed to acquiring the right of property: civil aspects

The dissertation deals with complex research of contract obligations directed to acquiring the right of property. There have been made system analysis of social regulators of obligatory relations. These are civil legislation, customs, statutes, acts of legal persons regulating their activity. Civil contract is an independent regulator of parties relations. There have been researched the system of contracts directed to acquiring the right of property as well as their classification under different criteria. There has also been analyzed legal status of the parties to the contracts, legal regime of estate, property rights, securities which can be subject-matter of different contracts. There have been analyzed peculiarities of fulfilling obligations on acquiring the right of property and legal consequences of their non-fulfillment. There also have been analyzed means of maintenance for contract obligations' fulfillment on acquiring the right of property and specific kinds inherent in separate contract constructions (contract of rent, contract of life maintenance, contract of inheritance). There have been researched in the dissertation peculiarities of contract obligations arising from contracts directly directed to acquiring the right of property: buying-purchasing, (retail buying-purchasing of real estate, securities, and property rights), donation. Acquiring the right of property under contract of rent, contract of life maintenance, contract of inheritance, contract of participation in building investment is combined with realization of other parties' interests (necessity in receiving rent payments, getting cared), which result in the specific of their legal regulation.
