Essay

Investigate object: processes and vehicles for inhibition of transformation a water technological mixture. Investigate target: development and scientific ground of processes and vehicles for inhibition of transformation of water technological mixture, formulated on the basis of theories of fractionating coagulation, enlargement of hangings up particles and blubs, creation of resource-saving technologies and equipment. Investigation methods and equipments: microscopies; atomic-absorbtion spectroscopy; occupied on the nourishing matter of MPA, by application of three fenil - tetra zoliy chloride (TTH); photocolorymetre and ionometrii; besieging of dioxide of carbon is as a calcspar with a subsequent retitration; pH-metrii. Teoretical and practical results: methodology and conception is developed for resource-saving application of water technological mixture; the process of fractionating coagulation of admixtures is developed in water mixture by the special electro-coagulative vehicles; intercommunication of physical, physical and chemical, chemical and hydrodynamic aspects, which provide effective enlargement (flocculation) of the self-weighted particles, coalescention of drops of oil and petroleum products, and also flotation of contaminations which are contained in technological mixture is set; the technical filling of conception for inhibition of processes transformation of mixture is developed and new processes and vehicles which allow to clear are created, to disinfection and utillize water technological mixture in the closed intershop circulation systems, which eliminate or reduce to the minimum their discharge in a city sewage network, on factory's water purification buildings or in the nature; methods and equipment are developed for the processes of gas inhibition and electrical oxidize of bacteria in water mixture; new technologies and vehicles are directed on the rational use of water mixture are developed; the new methods of treatment and utilization of waste which extraction from water mixture in the process of the protracted exploitation or that appear at their cleaning are developed; application of method of fazzi-logic is offered and showed to use in the management of adjusting ecologically of meaningful indexes of environments technologies. New: theoretical bases of processes and vehicles of chemical technologies of inhibition transformation the technological of waters mixture are developed on a production; on the basis of theoretical generalization and results of experimental researches certain intercommunication of transformation of high-quality indexes of waters mixture with technological processes and external factors; taking into account the developed theoretical bases, methodologically grounded and shown application of chemical processes and vehicles for the inhibition processes of transformation of waters mixture in the control a production system; the new process of fractionating coagulation and effective delete of admixtures is developed from the waters on the basis of theory of active encounter in the vehicles of the electrochemical cleaning; in theory grounded and shown application of fazzy-logic for the processes of adjusting of meaningful parameters in the waters mixture; experimental researches are set dependence of enlargement of the weighed matters, coagulation of drops of petroleum product and flotation of contaminations, contained in the environments of waters; dependence of aggregate stability of industrial emulsions is certain on the amount of bacteria in them at different temperatures and the indexes of criteria, characterizing their stability are set; in theory it is grounded and the new is offered type-series electro-coagulators of fractionating coagulation with single - and multiplicity the stages of the electrochemical cleaning, allowing to promote efficiency of physical and chemical indexes of process of electro-coagulation; perspective methods and equipment of disinfection of waters emulsions by the method of inhibition growth of bacteria are offered by carbon dioxide; dependence of processes of electro-oxidization of bacteria is certain on hydrodynamic descriptions of stream of liquid and closeness of current on electrodes. A basic scientific job performance is creation of complex of chemical technologies of inhibition processes of transformation of waters technological mixture on the basis of theoretical and experimental, hydromechanics, physical and chemical, biochemical, mathematical and technological researches, that allowed to create little technologies of expenses and resource-saving of enterprises chemical, machine-building, power and other industries of Ukraine. Degree of introduction: theoretical bases of chemical processes and vehicles for inhibition of transformation of water technological mixtures are developed it is inculcated on the enterprises of c. Kharkov, c. Sevastopol, c. Zaporozhia and e.t. al as projects, technologies and equipments which provides them the protracted application at support of the set technological indexes on tts. Research-industrial introduction is executed on the production of the developed technologies and equipment of cleaning and re-generation of water environments after washing of container, cars and engines at the marine plant (c. Sevastopol). The upcast of muddy water mixtures is halted and efficiency of localization and selection of contaminations improves from galvanic technological liquids on OAS of "KHARP" (c. Kharkov). Processes and vehicles of inhibition process of multiplying the amount of bacteria (to 99,9%) are developed in lubricating-coolings liquids (LCL) and running expenses are diminished on the enterprises of GE "Sickle and Hammer", GE "FED" and OAS of "KHARTRON" (Kharkov). The results of researches and technical decisions found application in organizations of projects at development of resource saving technologies, and also entered in the methodical pointing and educational materials which are used for teaching of students and graduate students in courses, taught on the departments of NTU "KhPI" and also at implementation of works of bachelors and diplomas of students. Sphere (branch) of the use: production technologies where apply water technological mixture, including on the enterprises of machine-building, power and chemical industries, other of industry of Ukraine.7452
