Essay

Disertation is devoted to the problems of prevention and treatment of reproductive health disorders in obese women. Based on the examination of 1690 women, some mechanisms of reproductive health disorders development in women with different degrees of obesity have been specified. A program of prevention and treatment, specified according to the type of obesity and reproductive plans of the patient. Implementation of the developed programme resulted in increasing the effectiveness of menstrual cycle disorders treatment by 45.50%; the frequency of inferetility was reduced 2.33 times, and miscarriage of pregnancy – 2.50 times.
