Shchur B. Theoretical grounds of formation and application of forensics methods

General theoretical problems of forensic methods are analysed in the thesis. The place and role of forensic methods in the forensic system; their trends and development prospects are studied. Functional appropriation of forensic methods and grounds for their classification are worked out. The problems of creating special forensic methods, their structure and content are covered; the interpretation of forensic methods structure elements (forensic crime characteristics; typical tactical operations; measures of preventing investigations obstructions etc.) is suggested. The principles of formation and application of specific forensic methods are developed. The potentialities of implementing specific forensic methods are described and the problem of their state registration is examined. Relevance of unification of specific of forensic methods and creation of an adequate database for investigations, development of the state information "Forensic Methods" or use of computer-equipped investigator's workplace are rationalised. Two drafts of normative legal acts are suggested: "On Procedure of Attestation and State Registration of Specific Forensic Methods" and "On Procedure of Specific Forensic Methods Registration Control"
