Essay

On the basis of modern methodological approaches in history of state and law and extensive review of scientific literature as well as written rules of law and archival materials the systematic analysis of formation and functioning of state-legal and self-governing institutions of Galicia in Polish kingdom was carried out. There were explored historical legal preconditions and outcomes of Galychina annexion by Polish Kingdom in 1387; specifics of organization and activity of state bodies of Galychina within Polish kingdom; there were analyzed sources of Law in Ruskie Kingdom; main sources of law of Polish kingdom and peculiarities of their application of Ruskie Vojevodstvo.
