Essay

The thesis explores the essence of money and credit, especially the structure and mechanisms for implementing monetary and credit relations in the modern world. Some aspects of central bank independence, and researching legal features of monetary relations. The nature and orientation of the target of monetary policy, the directions for its improvement. Ways of reforming the system of currency regulation and control, reveals the economic substance of shadow economy and the reasons for its occurrence in Ukraine, the systematic investigation of capital flight and money laundering ", revealed their negative impact on the economy. The action needed for restructuring the economy of Ukraine, including through the creation of public banks with special powers. The analysis tools of government influence on the formation of savings as the main source of investment resources to the economy.
