Essay

A research object is the processes of deformation of rocks round the excavation workings in the affected zone of excavation. The purpose of work is establishment of conformities to the law, criteria and mechanisms of forming round excavation workings regions of the above limit state, deformation of supporting supports and their co-operation with surrounding rocks for elaboration of methods and facilities of guarding of the excavation workings effective in the conditions of unsteady rocks. Research methods: analysis and generalization of results of the known researches and practical experience of guarding of the excavation workings in different mining-geological terms; stand tests of gas-concrete standards and constructions for establishment of their mechanical descriptions and features of deformation in the conditions of the above limit loading; design by the method of final elements of features of display of mining pressure round the excavation workings at different correlations of durability of rocks and supporting supports; design by the method of discrete elements of displacement of the blasted rocks in the excavation workings for the ground of possibility of their local fixing on the areas of connection of the excavation workings with mining; physical-mechanical, physical-chemical and analytical methods of researches of mechanism of hardening and choice of compounding of a new clamping mixture; determination of parameters of stratification of rocks of roof of coal layer by the method of the geoacoustic spectral measurings for the increase of authenticity of calculation of parameters of supporting supports; mine supervisions and fixing of the operating state of the excavation workings and supporting supports mining-geological and mining-technical terms on experimental and control areas; mine instrumental measuring of deformation of contour of the excavation workings, change of section of making and convergence of containing rocks in the produced space. Economic effect from replacement of clamping mixtures on the basis of polyuretan by a mixture SKAT makes 1,15 million UAH in a year.
