Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the grounding of theoretical and methodological basis of social competence of economic universities students' formation. As a result of research theoretical basis and methodology of future economic specialists' social competence formation were worked out, pedagogical conditions of their realization were grounded and their pedagogical efficiency was experimentally verified. In the research the contents of category "social competence of personality", its structure, criteria (motivational, cognitive, operational, reflexive and personal), indicators and levels of social competence of economic universities students' development were defined. Methods of students' social competence measuring were worked out. Interpretation of the research results provided the possibility to formulate the recommendations as for the methodology of economic universities students' social competence formation.
