The Dissertation work is devoted to the system-conceptual research of theoretical-methodological and practical bases of socialization of transformation economy that are important for guarantying of social safety, with determination of conformities to the law, contradictions and prospects of development of socializing economy, working out of suggestions in terms of the role of state, sphere of business and civil society authorities in the decision of major social tasks in the conditions of transformation of public relations in Ukraine. Methodological bases of research of processes of socialization of transformation economy are determined. Economic concept and historical forms of socialization of economy have been studied. Historical and transformation conformities to the law, reasons of origin, forms of display, socio-economic consequences and methods of settling of contradictions of socialization of economy in a transformation period are shown.
