Thesis is devoted development of theoretical principles of providing of metrology reliability and evaluation of efficiency of providing of metrology reliability of facilities of measuring technique of military-oriented, which take into account the specific of their application and allow substantially to promote exactness and level of metrology reliability on the stages of planning and exploitation. Methodological principles of providing of metrology reliability of facilities of measuring technique of military-oriented are developed. The complex of mathematical models of exploitation of facilities of measuring technique of military-oriented and specified complex of indexes of efficiency of providing of them is created metrology reliability. On the basis of the offered mathematical models and indexes of efficiency the methods of evaluation of efficiency of providing of metrology reliability of facilities of measuring technique of military-oriented are improved. The methods of prognostication, evaluation, maintenance and increase of metrology reliability of facilities of measuring technique of military-oriented, got subsequent development on the stages of planning and exploitation. It is suggested to take into account metrology reliability of facilities of measuring technique of military-oriented at providing of unity of measuring.
