The thesis deals with treatment of obliterative diseases of the limbs with the syndrome of chronic ischemia. The basic part of the work concerns the ability of multypotential stromal cells of adipose tissue to stimulate angiogenesis processes during transplantation of limbs with ischemia. Experimenting on laboratory animals the tests on physical activity, histological, immunohistochemical and ultra structural levels led to stimulation of angiogenesis processes in the transplantation of stromal cells in adipose tissue of ischemic limbs. The original methodology of stromal multipotental cells transplantation on own adipose tissue to patients' limbs with obliterating diseases of arteries with chronic syndrome of ischemia when reconstructive surgery on arterial bed is impossible, was developed. The absolute effectiveness of the proposed method of treatment by determining the parameters of microcirculation, as well as histological, immunohisteochemical and ultra structural levels has been proved.
