Essay

The author spends a retro and prospectiv analysis of results of surgical treatment of 226 patients with a trauma of a pancreas and its consequences. Optimum surgical tactics of treatment of victims with the pancreas trauma, based on individualised surgical tactics taking into account a damage rate and severity level of a condition of the patient is for the first time developed. Efficiency of new surgical methods is developed, approved and proved: a way of preventive maintenance and treatment of abdominal kompartment-syndrome, a way of diagnostics of common pancreatic duct topography and a way of an estimation of a condition of a pancreas at mechanical damages and others. The received results of researches and workings out are supplemented essentially with data and an arsenal of diagnostics, surgical and postoperative care to patients with a trauma of a pancreas and its consequences.
