Essay

Object of the study is process of personnel management coal mines. Objective of study is development theorist-methodological, scientifically-methodical, legal and practical bases of the ensuring the development managerial system by personnel of the coal mines. Methods of research are the theory of the systems, dialectical, scientific abstraction, syntheses and analysis; economic and mathematical analysis, expert estimation, sociological questioning. Theoretical and practical results: the model to strategies of the conservation, efficient use and developments of the personnel of the coal mine; offers to new variant of the Branch agreement workman to coal industry, standard model of the collective agreement of the coal mine. Novelty: theorist-methodological and scientifically-practical bases of the shaping and developments of the personnel of the coal mines. Degree of the introduction by: Sovereign Pleased Ukraine, Ministry of the regional development and construction of the Ukraine, Ministry to coal industry of the Ukraine, coal enterprises. Sphere of use is coal enterprises.
