Essay

The thesis is devoted to the elaboration of theoretical conception about the right for inviolability of private life (privacy) and formation of general approaches for guaranteeing this constitutional human right by domestic legislation considering nowadays political and legal situation. Universal definition of private life as a sphere of person's vital activity and a subject of legal influence are formulated. The main (legally significant) characters of private life and criteria of privacy are determined. Historical reconstruction of the processes of the right for inviolability of private life (privacy) formation and development is realized.
