Govorukha I. Pregnancy and delivery in women with treated infertility (antenatal fetus care, prognosis and prophylaxis of complications in perinatal period)

The new solution of actual scientic problem for obstetric, perinatal complication and reproductive loses decreasing, in women with treated infertility by creating and implementing of diagnostic, treatment, prophylactic and organizational measurents was studied in thesis. It was evidence based newly the pregnancy after treatment infertility developed in the base of hormonal, immune dysbalance, lypoperoxidation process increasing, antioxidation protection decreasing. It led to oxidative stress endothelium dysfunction, infections activation, complex disorders in mother-placenta-fetus system and obstetric and perinatal complication. More expressed changes had the pregnant after additional reproductive technology than the patients after conservative and operative treatments of infertility were on the second stage. The obstetric and perinatal complications had the same ranges. Currant and applied system led to improving the haemostasis parameters that's why the obstetric and perinatal complication decreased, for example the inhabitual abortion rate decreasing, from 24,1 to 14,7% (p<0,05), perinatal loses reduced from 122,6 to 49,0‰ (p<0,05).
