Object: managerial processes of competitiveness of enterprise. Objective: complex scientific background and development of theoretic -methodological bases of perfection of managerial system of competitiveness of retail enterprises (RE). Methods: structurally-logical, semantic, system, complex, comparative analysis, economic-mathematical, economic-statistical, analytical: the comparative, economic analysis; the logical analysis of sociological interrogation, an expert and rating assessment, a method of the analysis of hierarchies, matrix. It it has been suggested: methodological bases of diagnostics of a competition in retail commerce, the concept of management of competitiveness of RE, model of creation of consumer value of trading service of RE, the methodological approach to an assessment of a management efficiency competitiveness of the enterprise, Conceptual positions on perfection of a control system by competitive advantages of network RE, scientifically-methodical bases of management of interoperability of RE with suppliers, the theoretic -methodical approach to creation of a control system by interoperability with consumers, The scientifically-methodical approach to the analysis of features of progress of RE, the scientifically-methodical approach to an assessment of efficiency of price policy of RE, model of increase of loyalty of consumers. Area of application: the enterprises of retail commerce.
