Schudro S. Criterial value of social-hygienic factors and conditions of study in health formation of adolescents studying in comprehensive schools

Dissertation is devoted to defining of criterial role of social-hygienic factors and conditions of study in formation of somatic and psychic health of adolescents studying at comprehensive schools as a component of developed and implemented social-hygienic monitoring. On the basis of revealed regularities of health formation under the impact of studying, intra-school and alimentary factors, way of life and ecologic conditions, a conceptual model of social-hygienic monitoring was worked up. Criteria of pre-nosologic assessment of health state by the indices of adaptation, functional state, physiologic reserves, physical work capacity and nutritional status were established. Methodology of qualimetric assessment of individual health status, taking into account emotional and social well-being by life quality was recommended. Regularities of sickness rate of pupils-adolescents at modern stage were determined. Risk factors in the process of education and their unfavorable impact on pupils' health were identified, established regularities of health formation made it possible to justify hygienic principles of system of innovative health-saving technology, to introduce it and to obtain clinical-hygienic and medical - social efficiency.
