Gogunskaya I. Specific immunotherapy of patients with allergic rhinitis with combined sensitization for domestic and pollen allergens

Dissertation is directed for increase of efficiency of therapy of patients with allergic rhinitis with polysensitization for domestic and pollen allergens on the basis of experimental background and application of peroral and injective means of specific immunotherapy by allergens. For the first time we created the experimental model for polysensitization of experimental animals for domestic and pollen allergens and on its base were detected local and systemic reactions of hypersensivity at immediate and retarded response types at influence of several allergens of different kind. It were tested the occurrence of polysensitization for domestic and pollen allergens of patients with allergic rhinitis as well as clinical peculiarities of behavior of allergic rhinitis dependently of the kind of sensitization. For the first time were studied the alterations of sub-populative composition of immunocompetent cells and concentrations of the main cytokines in blood of patients dependently of the kind of sensitization and in dynamic of peroral and injective SIT by domestic and pollen allergens. For the first time were developed the methodology of SIT for patients with AR at polysensitization for domestic and pollen allergens by parenteral and peroral means, their efficacy were examined and periods of carrying out were validated.
