Prasol V. Complex diagnostics and differential treatment of patients with acute thrombosis in the system of the inferior vena cava

Implementation of diagnostic and treatment algorithm, differential treatment approach, X-ray endovascular techniques, surgical interventions with follow-up medical therapy allowed to increase by 43.5% number of positive results and decrease by 14.7% frequency of development of severe forms of chronic venous insufficiency in patients with acute thrombosis in the system of inferior vena cava. The thesis is devoted to optimization of diagnostics and treatment of patients with deep-vein thrombosis of lower extremities and pelvis by differential approach to the choice of surgical tactics, improvement of surgical interference technique and endovascular technologies.
