Essay

The work generalizes the mechanisms of development of isolated and associated with arterial hypertension psoriasis based on polysystemic assessment of the organism homeostatic function and the state of parameters of metabolism and their regulation system monitoring with consideration of main risk factors. The analysis and generalization of the results of the state of oxidant-antioxidant and ionic homeostasis, immune, neuromediator and endocrine systems, vascular endothelial factors of promoting blood microcirculation suggests about disorders in their cooperative interaction in provision of homeostatic function of the organism of the patients with psoriasis. The structural-metabolic disorders are based on reduction of the processes of bioenergetics, inhibition of restorative synthesis, microergic substrate production, prevalence of catabolic processes over anabolic ones, activation of active forms of oxygen, endothelial function disturbance. These changes result in development of tissue hypoxia and dystrophic and destructive changes in the skin, muscular and nervous tissue as well as other organs. It was proven that the pathogenetic peculiarities of psoriasis development both at isolated psoriasis and that associated with arterial hypertension were not different. It was substantiated that the investigated pathology was a dynamic process with various pathophysiological mechanisms of local and systemic complications development'. The adequate assessment of the state of the organism protective forces and understanding the interaction between various components of the nervous, endocrine and immune system allows to identify quickly the developing disorders, work out a new complex method of diagnosis of the degree of the disease severity using the index of endogenic intoxication and determine the strategy of purposeful therapy with positive administration of Corvitin and Pentoxifylline.
