Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the grounding of principles of stage rehabilitation of patients after hip joint replacement. Basic rehabilitation complex and differentiated complexes of health-resort treatment of patients depending on terms after operation and its peculiarities (exercise program, dosed loading on the operated extremity, orthopedic restrictions), age (exercise program for prevention of falls) and contaminant diseases. With the help of the basic rehabilitation complex there was improvement of biomechanic and goniometric indices, increase of walk speed and distance and loading of operated extremity, improvement of quality of life. Was grounded the necessity of early resort rehabilitation of patients after hip joint replacement according to both early and remote data upon the quality of life and return to work. The algorithm of rehabilitation of patients after hip joint replacement and the technological chart for specialists were worked out.
