The dissertation is the first monographic investigation in state law science, in which on the basis of systematic approach, criminal analysis of total of such types of premeditated murders as murders hidden by the staging, connected with the corpse's partition, made on the sexual basis, by mother of her new-born child, made by order, made by the means of explosive equipment is made. Criminal aspects of classification and characteristic of such crimes that gives possibility to form typical models of sorts of premeditated murders and creates precondition for elaboration of methods of their investigation are examined.
