Marmazova T. Realization of policy functions under conditions of modern dynamics of political changes.

The thesis provides a substantial and systematized study of the policy functions and the mechanisms of their practical application under conditions of modern dynamics of social changes within the framework of political modernization and innovative development of present-day Ukraine. The research gives a survey of the peculiar features of the economic, managerial, elitist-managerial, innovative, prognostic and other functions to implement the state policy. The research concerns the analysis of the value aspects guaranteeing political modernization of the Ukrainian society based on the revival of national culture, traditional values being its system-forming factor merging with widely approved liberal values.
