A new conceptual approach to the process of institutionalization of economic and economic and non-economic interactions, ways and methods of effective institutionalizing of economic development is introduced in the thesis. The systematic analysis of institutional and transformative changes in economic development is carried out on the basis of combination of the institutional approach and the dialectical method. The institutional criteria for economic development are proved. A transactional analysis of the institutionalization of economic development and institutional analysis of economic and political and also economic and social interactions is carried out. The peculiarities of institutionalization of capital accumulation and its forms, innovative development and reforming of property relations are considered. Characteristic signs of corporate relations institutionalization and institutional factors of corporate entrepreneurship are determined. The socialization is defined as the leading trend of economic development, the features of institutionalization of economic relations in labor sphere are determined.
