Golovkin B. Theoretical and applied problems of determination and the prevention of mercenary violent criminality in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to research of the phenomenon of mercenary violent criminality, its criminological nature, the decision to a complex of the theoretical and applied problems connected with determination and the prevention of this criminality. In work the nature of mercenary violent criminality is shown, the essence and the display form is opened, definition of mercenary violent criminality is formulated. On the basis of the analysis quantitative and quality indicators, typical lines and tendencies of development of this criminality are established. The problem of formation of the mercenary violent criminal dares through a prism of the valuable -standard approach to formation of an orientation of the criminal person that has causal value for motivation and criminal behavior. From positions of a socially-psychological approach the problem of determination mercenary violent criminality dares. It is formulated the complete concept of the prevention of mercenary violent criminality in which basis the idea of safety from this criminality various means of preventive influence for its reasons and conditions, persons who show criminal intentions, and also by reduction of possibilities for fulfillment of mercenary violent crimes and protection of potential victims lies.
