Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the psychological research of adolescent aggressiveness. Theoretical generalization and analysis of modern problems of aggressiveness, the results of comprehensive empirical study of personality manifestations of aggressive adolescents and their factors have been proposed a comprehensive program of prevention and correction of the manifestations of aggressive adolescents. It is proved that aggression is the complicated, structural, dynamic form of conduct organization which changes in the process of socialization and can indicate the conduct of norm-creation. It is described that the aggressiveness is the output of personality deformations as individually-pathological variant of development of the whole-personal tendency of man to self actualization and self-realization. It is discovered that the psychological factors of origin and development of aggressiveness in personality are the specific experiencing-complexes which arise out of conformity to the law of the life-path. Developed the concept of emergence and development of adolescent aggression as a system of leading experiences associated with the strategy of personal formation. It is shown that aggressive adolescents have distinct emotional character. Thus, one of the main factors of appearance and development of aggressiveness is the mechanism of emotional alienation, which is involved in the development of derivatives and experiences can take the place of another link in the emotional process leading up to the level of experience, reflecting a temporary or permanent enough content of individual experiences. The system of psychological terms and facilities of psychological prophylactics and psycho correction of aggressiveness in personality was suggested and it proved its effectiveness.
