Harchenko D. Psychological and Psychohysiological Peculiarities of the Persons with Psychosomatic Disorders

The thesis considering the urgent problem of determining psychological and psycho - physiological peculiarities of the persons with psychosomatic disorders was realized from the positions of system approach. The research allowed defining the peculiarities of structural-functional interrelations of psychosomatic medical conditions and their psychophysiological, psychological and social-psychological determinants. The psychosomatic disorder predictors, being able to be revealed both on the behavior reaction level and intro - psychic worry level , and determining factor - an anxiety being the most sensitive indicator of psychological status, were found. The triad of the obligatory factors of influence on the psycho-somatic disorders: individual-psychological, psycho-physiological and social-psychological were determined. The method of complex determination of psychosomatic medical states according to psychophysiological indexes, the indexes of correlation between individual-psychological and social-psychological factors in the disorder development was offered and substantiated and the groups of risk to the psychosomatic disorders were detailed.
