Essay

Object of researches is the geomechanical system " rock massif - rock-anchor construction - mining". The work purpose is development of scientific bases of management by stability of mining's with use anchor systems. Methods of researches: physical modelling; mine tool supervision over displacement of breeds on deep and planimetric gauge stations; theoretical and numerical methods of researches of geomechanical processes. Theoretical results consist in an establishment of laws at limite of deformation of rock-anchor construction formed in near contour of massif by application of various schemes of reinforcing, allowing to develop scientific bases of management of stability of minings with use anchor systems. Practical value of the received results consists in working out: - ways of lining of minings by rock-anchor construction with various schemes of installation of anchors; - A method of calculation of parametres rock-anchor construction and in an establishment of area of their application; - recommendations about lining of mining with use rock-anchor construction in preparatory minings of three mines; - three standard documents, which are approve by Ministry of coal mine: STE (02070826) (26319481):2010, RD 12.18.072-88 and RD 12.18.096-90. Results of researches are realised: on mine" Dobropolsky "at carrying out of six minings with the general extent more than 4 km (economic benefit has made 3,87 million grn.) ; In educational process SHES "Donetsk national technical university" by preparation of bachelors, experts and masters, on a speciality "Working out of mineral deposits" and scientific activity, including preparation of masters and post-graduate students. Novelty of work: 1. New laws of influence of parametres of anchoring on the limiting and out of limite tensely deformed condition of rock-anchor construction are established. 2. New dependences for definition deformation and strengthen parametres of rock-anchor construction with different schemes of reinforcing on out of limits site are received. 3. Features of the mechanism of deformation and destruction of rock-anchor construction are experimentally established. 4. For the first time dependences for definition of as much as possible admissible deflections of rock-anchor plate and pressure which operate in it, from external loading, rigidity of a plate, width of mining and anchoring parametres are theoretically established. Scope - it is rock-extractive industry.
