Gladky S. The Cooperative Legislation of Ukrainian SSR of 1920th (historical and legal approach).

The dissertation is devoted to research of cooperative legislation of Ukrainian SSR of 1920th in a context of interaction of the state bodies and the cooperative organizations concerning its creation and realization on a background of a complex of the historical phenomena, which represent tendencies of development of legal, political, ideological and economic systems of the soviet society. In the introductory part, its five sections and conclusions from positions of modern understanding of the law the analysis of becoming and development of cooperative legislation of Ukrainian SSR, its ideological sources, normative maintenance, organizational bases of creation and realization, which are comprehended in a context of the processes, which have determined destiny of a civil society and private law in the Soviet Ukraine, is carried out.
