This thesis proposed and scientific grounded new strategic ways to address current problems of hematology - the emergence and development of infectious and inflammatory complications (IIC) in patients with acute and chronic leukemia and to develop modern approaches to their diagnosis, antimicrobial therapy. Developed an algorithm for diagnostic of IIC and proposed ways their prevention, which include the restoration of immune status of patients and mikroekology of biotops.
