Dissertation is devoted to research of the role of hypothalamic nuclei dysfunction in pathogenesis of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism disorders development in the offspring of female rats with experimental gestational diabetes and rats with spontaneous hypertension. Dissertation gives the explanation of hypothalamic dysfunction formation depending on the unfavorable prenatal influences, hereditary predisposition, specifics of life and nutrition.
