Suslikova L. Pathogenesis, diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of endometrial receptivity disorders in women with tubal-peritoneal infertility of inflammatory origin

Thesis is a new solution topical problems of modern gynecology - improved recovery of reproductive function in women with tubal-peritoneal infertility (TPI) of inflammatory genesis. Based on the study of clinical and anamnestic features of the results of instrumental visualization of pelvic and endometrium, a study of hormonal, immune and oxidative profile of peripheral blood, as well as the state of receptors to steroid hormones, pinopodes, the expression of molecules of implantation, uterine killer cells, indicators of apoptosis and proliferation, it was developed the scheme of the pathogenesis of endometrial receptivity disorders in patients with TPI of inflammatory genesis designed and implemented a diagnosis of endometrial receptivity, and the complex differentiated system of post-operative rehabilitation, depending on the state of receptivity of the endometrium in this cohort of patients, which led to an increase in cases of pregnancy
