Kizlova O. Pledge in the civil law of Ukraine (conceptual positions and legal nature).

The thesis is devoted to the research of the scientifically – to theoretical research of legal nature, conceptual bases of pledge as difficult legal category in the civil law of Ukraine. Separate attention is sanctified to the general theoretic concept of pledge in the civil law of Ukraine. Given it a shot to stop gap in scientific researches of essence of pledge in a historical format on the modern stage, to define a common concept and place of pledge in the system of methods of providing of execution of obligations, to define the grounds of classification of pledge and specify the criteria of this classification, investigate the specific of separate types of pledge.
