Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to study the problem of pathological mechanisms of experimental wound process development on a background the myocardium adrenalin damage and efficiency of their correction by the gel of composition mixture derivatives of ?-crotonolactone and Zn-carnosine. It is well-proven that an adrenalin myocardiopathy is accompanied by the substantial changes of heterospecific resistance and immunological reactivity of organism which appears the sharp signs of depression of organism defense system in 3-7 days supervision. It is educed that the sharp myocardium adrenalin damage changed character of metabolic activity in dermal tissues, activating of processes of free-radical lipoperoxidation and tension of all antioxidant defense element, increase of cytolytic processes and oppressing of nucleic acids synthesis in dermal tissues. Carefully investigated and set the pharmacological action mechanisms of new mean with complex character of influence – composition mixture of derivatives of ?-crotonolactone and Zn-carnosine. There is worked out comfortable for application gel form, and the effect of his action is appraised in a comparative aspect. It is set that the indicated mean owns considerable antimicrobial and antifungal properties and expressive antiexsudate, membraneprotected potential, activates the antioxidant system, normalizes the state of tissue of wound, corrected work of the organism protective systems.
