Theses for defense of Scientific Doctorate of Technical Science on Speciality 05.01.02 - "Standardization, certification and metrology assurance". Dissertation is devoted development of scientific and technical bases of the standard measuring of spectral and reduced quantity of optical radiation. The analysis of existent methods and measurement facilities of spectral and reduced quantity is conducted. The physical and mathematical models of measuring processes of spectral and reduced quantity and also methods of measuring and calculations, providing the increase of accuracy of measurement of spectral and reduced quantity are developed. The state etalon base is created for providing of measuring of spectral and reduced quantity. The etalon of units of spectral density of radiance, radiant intensity and energy luminous intensity, is created. Etalon of units of color coordinates and chromatically coordinates is created. The etalon of unit of luminous intensity is improved. A normative base is extended - 7 standards are developed, five methodology procedure have been publish as separate brochures. Basic directions of development of the light measurement in Ukraine is scientifically grounded. The necessity of creation of the department system of the metrology assurance is grounded for the light and color measurement on a transport.
